जमशेदजी टाटा की जीवनी

जमशेदजी टाटा (३ मार्च, १८३९ - १९ मई, १९०४) ) वर्तमान में भारत के विश्वप्रसिद्ध औद्योगिक घराने टाटा समूह के संस्थापक थे।

जमशेदजी एक अलग ही व्यक्तित्व के मालिक थे । उन्होंने ना केवल कपड़ा बनाने के नए नए तरीक़े ही अपनाए बल्कि अपने कारखाने में काम करने वाले श्रमिकों का भी खूब ध्यान रखा। उनके भले के लिए जमशेदजी ने अनेक नई व बेहतर श्रम-नीतियाँ अपनाई । इस नज़र से भी वे अपने समय से कहीँ आगे थे । सफलता को कभी केवल अपनी जागीर नही समझा , बल्कि उनके लिए उनकी सफलता उन सब की थी जो उनके लिए काम करते थे। जमशेद जी के अनेक राष्ट्रवादी और क्रांतिकारी नेताओं से नजदीकी संबंध थे

गुरुदेव रबिन्द्रनाथ टैगोर

रवीन्द्रनाथ ठाकुर को गुरुदेव के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। वे विश्वविख्यात कवि, साहित्यकार, दार्शनिक और भारतीय साहित्य के एकमात्र नोबल पुरस्कार विजेता हैं। बांग्ला साहित्य के माध्यम से भारतीय सांस्कृतिक चेतना में नयी जान फूँकने वाले युगद्रष्टा थे। वे एशिया के प्रथम नोबेल पुरस्कार सम्मानित व्यक्ति है। वे एकमात्र कावि हैं जिसकी दो रचनाएँ दो देशों का राष्ट्रगान बनीं - भारत का राष्ट्र-गान जन गण मन और बांग्लादेश का राष्ट्रीय गान आमार सोनार बांग्ला गुरुदेव की ही रचनाएँ हैं।

George Washington (February 22,1732 - December 14,1799) was the first president of the United States of America. He is the only American president to receive the Nobel Peace Prize in such a short duration.

Only 4 presidents were chosen to be carved on Mount Rushmore which were George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.
